Au pair requirements

  • You are 18 to 26 years old.
  • You speak a sufficient level of Spanish and want to improve your skills, and your native language is not Spanish.
  • You have never been married and have no children.
  • You can afford your travel costs to Spain.

Host family requirements

  • You have at least one child under the age of 18.
  • You speak Spanish in your daily life.
  • You do not have the same nationality as your au pair (your au pair can also not be a Spanish citizen).
  • You have a private bedroom in your home for the au pair to live in.
