Au pair requirements

You are 18 to 30 years old.
You speak a sufficient level of English or Norwegian.
You have never been married and have no children.
You can afford your travel costs.

Host family requirements

You have at least one child under the age of 18.
You speak Norwegian with your family every day.
You and your au pair have different nationalities.
You have a private bedroom in your home for the au pair to live in.
You have completed the online training course for host families in Norway by the Norwegian government.
